Complete cutting line on the Tube B
ewo Cutting Systems B.V exhibited their automated cutting line in operation at
the recent Tube 2014 event in Dusseldorf. Since 1936 Bewo has been specialising in the development and production of their manually operated circular saws, the Bewo CPO and also their automated cutting lines for the tube industry.
The cutting line presented by Bewo includes an SCF-90 Sigma cutting machine with an SCD-90 deburring machine, an SCC-90 digital length checking system and the SCR-90 stacking robot. At Tube 2014 the Sigma will cut six tubes simultaneously, resulting in an output of over 7,000 tubes an hour. The deburring machine, the digital length checking system and the stacking robot
can keep up with this high output effortlessly. ‘we showed our visitors and customers that we are ready for an innovative future.
