At Lash Brothers in Friendship they are fi nishing the fi rst wider version of the Wesmac 46 for a local fi sherman. Note that only composite panels and I-beams being used in the plat- form. This boat will be fi nished mid-year.

Eric Dow is working on a Jim Steele peapod at his shop in Brooklin. He has put in new frames and was now reefi ng out the seams. The frames used to be all one, but Eric decided to put them in three pieces, making the job much easier.

Yacht Coatings AALSMEER, HOLLAND
South Shore Boatworks in Halifax, MA has been working on this 45-foot wooden lobster boat for the last couple of years for a foreign customer. She will be launched this spring and then placed on a freighter for her trip across the Atlantic to a port in the Mediterranean.
