Spring 2014 sees the launch of Barbie’s Style Club. Barbie Life in the Dreamhouse brings Barbie’s story to life with new additions to the family range, including Chelsea & Friends Clubhouse. Barbie Potty Training Pets expands the pet play collection, and February sees the release of Barbie’s new movie, Barbie the Pearl Princess and supporting toy and consumer products line. The key ranges include special anniversary collections, Police, Leisure and Construction. There will be new additions to Playmobil’s Police range. January 2014 will welcome the launch of a special 40th anniversary RC Police Car with Camera set, while the Police Truck with Speedboat will be released in February. Children can launch the speedboat with its underwater motor with help from the truck and trailer at the river bank. Playmobil’s all-new Fairy range will see collectable Fairies with Unicorns


available in February in four themes, followed by a Take Along Unicorn Fairy Land in March. There is a Flower Roundabout on the Fairy Island, and the Jewel Fountain with colour-changing LED light in the Flower Pavilion shines its many colours across the lake. There is also a Fairy Queen’s Ship. Playmobil’s new Leisure range features a modern, well-equipped Camp Site which has everything holidaymakers need and is close to the sandy beach behind the dunes. There is a Family Caravan, Pool with Whale Fountain and Family SUV, available from February. Playmobil’s new Construction range features a Construction Excavator with


rotatable cabin, which shovels soil and rocks onto the platform of the Flatbed Construction Truck. As soon as it’s full, the driver transports the excavated material to the other end of the site, paving the way for a new structure. The new Construction range is released in February.

Freezeez produces ice cream in two minutes using just a few ingredients. Simple recipes and an integral spoon are included with the product. Aimed at boys and girls aged three years plus, initial licences for the cone toppers will be Leonardo from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Minnie Mouse, with more licences planned for later in the year. With Worlds Apart’s Hero by Go Glow proving popular since its launch earlier this year, the company will add more licences to the three-in-one motion-activated room guard, voice recorder and torch in 2014. Already available in licences such as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Monsters University, Star Wars and Avengers, Q1 will see the addition of the Spiderman Hero to the range. Boys can record a warning message and hang the Hero on the door handle as they leave their room, knowing that their Hero will flash and shout, scaring away trespassers.
