General Dynamics Land Systems’ Sonya F. Sepahban has held a range of executive positions in the defense sector, including vice president of mission excellence for Northrop Grumman Space and program manager for a Euro-Japanese-NASA-Russian vehicle, used as a lifeboat for astronauts orbiting Earth.
Last fall, Sepahban, who now leads engineering for a $4.6 billion GD unit with 100,000 direct reports around the world, addressed the Awards Gala at the Women
