The Silver Fox Award REVISITED
The Silver Fox Audit Scheme has now been significantly altered in order to attract further participation from the industry’s client base. The real value of the audit programme is that it tests the alertness and efficiency of on-site security staff without prior warning, at any time of the day or night. Whilst success is important, we now place a far greater emphasis on actually taking part in the Scheme. As before, the results of the audits remain entirely confidential between the client and FM Contract Watch and are never ever revealed to a third party.
The Framed Silver Fox Certificate is immediately awarded to any participant who signs up for a total of 6 Silver Fox audits on an individual assignment over a 12 month period. In our view this shows a genuine commitment in going the extra mile to ensure that your security staff are always at a high level of alertness throughout their duty shifts.
We also continue to recognise outstanding individual performance. The best officer over the six audits – in the opinion of the client – is awarded the small engraved mounted Silver Fox as well as the new style lapel badge. 3 other lapel badges are also awarded to other officers who have performed exceptionally well.
The annual cost of the whole programme is £1200 + VAT.
