Investors put £1.26m into growing innovation management company
Innovation management company Imaginatik, which has offices at Fareham and in Boston, USA, has announced strong company momentum, fuelled by a growing roster of marquee customers and new £1.26 million in corporate funding.
The new funding comes from both new and existing public investors and will be used to fund ongoing business expansion efforts.
Strong enthusiasm from the company’s investors underscores Imaginatik’s momentum in recent quarters. In the past fiscal year ending March 31, the company, which provides a range of consulting and software services for today’s enterprises, added 24 new customers, with a net customer gain of 17 companies.
In Europe, new Imaginatik clients include Yorkshire Building Society and Premier Ingredients. In the
United States new customers include Air Products, AIG Property Casualty, Lincoln Financial Group, the Mayo Clinic, one of the Blue Cross Blue Shield companies, one of the world’s leading oil and gas companies, and one of the world’s leading aircraft engine manufacturers.
“Innovation and enterprise-wide collaboration are among the top three priorities for CEOs,“ said executive chairman Matt Cooper. “We are excited to provide these leaders with what they need to make innovation an organisation- wide capability.“

Planned future industry events include an innovation seminar this month for C-level executives at Windsor Castle, the continuation of Imaginatik’s Innovation Master Series with guest presenters from Xerox Healthcare, and several small- group innovation roundtables for senior innovation leaders hosted in New York and Chicago.
