When was it started? How long has it been in operation? Driving Ambition was started in early 2001 in Indianapolis, Ind. In 12 years, we have grown to seven branches in five states (Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, Ohio, and Tennessee).
How many employees? 350+ professional truck drivers and approximately 24 office staff
What are the challenges facing your business today? Driver shortage and the increasing price of fuel (indirectly)
Where do you see growth coming from in the future? Improving the awareness of the benefits of using a quality driver
staffing company as a way to supplement carriers’ own recruiting departments
