Bella Capelli, in Naples, and selling her unique line of colorful art wearables, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturdays, at the farmers’ market at the Galleria Shoppes at Vanderbilt, in Naples. Madison ran a successful salon and
spa in Milwaukee for 12 years before selling it and returning here last sum- mer. “I’ve gone full circle and am back to what I love—Naples, and designing for the individual,” she says. Her eclectic wearable art, which she submits at juried art shows, spans adjustable necklaces and earrings made of stone, glass, metals and many other components; scarves and shawls; shoes; and accessories like purses and wallets.
