Governing Body Meeting—September 6 & 7, 2012


The Ludhiana Christian Medical College & Hospital is governed by the Ludhiana CMC Governing Body of about 60 persons, representing most every Christian denomination and agency serving in India as well as representatives from overseas like Max Marble from our US Ludhiana CMC Board. It also includes representatives of the CMC faculty and staff. It meets twice a year in March and September.

Ribbon Cut by Governing Body Chairman Dr. Rajinder Gyani TWO NEW HOSPITAL UNITS DEDICATED


During the Governing Body Meeting in September two new hospital units were dedicated. The long-awaited new Bone Marrow Transplant Unit was one of them. The new unit in- cludes five patient rooms, two of which are brightly colored to be used when needed for children. It is a state of the art unit which is a great addition for treating patients. The other unit which was dedicated is the new Day Care Unit for administer- ing chemotherapy to outpatients. It is a great improvement to the previous cramped and dismal room where patients used to receive their chemotherapy.


Rev. Max Marble is serving as the new Executive Director for the Ludhiana Christian Medical College Board USA. Our US office has moved to Columbia, Missouri.
