Development Federal Credit Union hosted its open house and recognition reception on Monday, October 15, 2012 at its Berkley office at 530 South Main Street. The HRHC Lifetime Achievement Award went to Mary Kay Horoszewski, Executive Director, Virginia Beach Community Development Corporation, the HRHC Housing Warrior Award went to Helen Hayes Sommer, Executive Director, Habitat for Humanity of South Hampton Roads, the HRHC Housing Partner Special Project Award went to Hampton Home Repair Partnership & Blitz – City of Hampton, and the HRHC Across the Region
