Department of Economic Development Raymond K. White has joined the Virginia Beach Department of Economic Development as business development manager. His primary responsibilities include managing the Department’s business attraction and retention activities for companies within the targeted business clusters of defense industries; computer modeling and simulation; alternative energies; composite materials; and sensors.
