Take one seafood restaurateur par excellence, add several dollops of Michelin starred cheffage, three scoops of Masterchef and a Gastropub Chef of the year. Mix well and steam gently for three days.
Next take several of Dartmouth’s most talented, beat well and set aside. Forage skilled reinforcements from across Devon and Cornwall, mix and apply a helping of Naval Discipline. Mix the two, sprinkle with a dusting of students and apprentices and pop in the Aga until nicely browned.
Serve on a bed of Royal Avenue Gardens accompanied by the unique hustle and bustle of Dartmouth Food Festival. Et Voila!
