VINTAGE TRACTOR DISPLAY


A highlight of the main ring is the number of vintage tractors on display.


With Phil Whitehead providing the commentary, it’s always popular to see the many different tractors from days gone by.


This year the display will also include (weather permitting) Dave The Shed doing a tractor pull.


DIGGER DRIVING DISPLAY Once you have watched this you can only wonder at the amazing display of skill from these massive machines.


From picking up eggs to daredevil feats which show the versatility of these machines, it always draws an ooh and a aah from the crowd!


DONKEY DERBY These loveable animals are always a delight.


Why not try to win a race in the donkey derby during the day.


At 4.45pm, for the association, it’s one of the highlights’s of our year when the committee have a race after the day’s events.


GUNDOG DEMONSTRATION GALLOPING ACROBATICS


The minute Galloping Acrobatics enter the arena you will be mesmerised by the remarkable feats of gymnastic, acrobatic and equestrian skill on display.


Vaulting at liberty, lively commentary from horseback, skipping horses, exquisite equestrian dances and all manner of trickery imaginable.


The incredible communication between Rosie and her horses will have you enthralled from start to finish.


With beautiful vintage inspired costumes, up-beat sound tracks and plenty of razzle dazzle, Galloping Acrobatics is a real show stopper!


Following each display a twenty minute meet and greet session allows for you to ask questions and interact with all performers, human and equine!

by MELL BROOKS Come and see this fabulous display by Mell a top SW gundog trainer. Delight at the mini-drive which will demonstrate how well these trained gundogs retrieve and work as one with their handler. Brook, Purdey and Buzz will be demonstrating their skills on the day.


Mell’s Labradors are Field Trial Winners so we shall see a great demonstration which will inspire you. Mell will also be bringing Lowan who is 5 months old and in training so Mell will be demonstrating some top tips on how to train your dog.

A new routine for 2012 has been choreographed and the team are ready to delight the main ring with this popular display.
