between abstract learning and real life application. In particular, my personal tutor has been tremendously helpful in advising on future career ideas (including the possibility of studying for a doctorate), has taken time to check my CV and provided me with a reference letter.”

Caroline Robinson is taking the LPC with NCLT in London and has just completed her first year of the part time course:

“The Course has been really well structured and the activities were interesting. My tutors have been fantastic – really enthusiastic and above all clear. The recaps at the beginning of each session have been really effective. The materials are excellent and without fault. The Large Group Session videos were brilliant

and the effort that went into the MCQs was obvious. I have found the materials incredibly useful, thank you.”

Legal Practice Course (Full time and Part time)

Our LPC provides a sound foundation for your career as a solicitor. The course is integrated, so that you practise your legal skills in the context of the other subjects, just as you will when you are a solicitor. NCLT’s LPC has the University of the West of England behind it so you can benefit from a top quality course which consistently and successively over many years achieved the regulator’s grading of “excellent” when that assessment regime was in place. We offer a wide range of LPC electives, allowing students to pursue a specialist career path or keep their options open. Our full time LPC is a one year course with

study sessions taught on Fridays and Saturdays. The part time weekend study LPC is taken over two years and the use of Saturday and Sunday workshops, supported by e-learning, is ideal for students who want to earn whilst they learn.
