Former Bottle director Karen Cooper returns to JJ Marketing
Malcolm Workman appointed as risk director at Aldermore Asset Finance
New British bank Aldermore has appointed Malcolm Workman as risk director of its asset finance business.
Karen Cooper is returning to JJ Marketing to further develop the agency’s cross channel communications offering. Based in Oxford,JJ’s 30-strong team of advertising, branding, design, digital, social media and PR specialists work for clients including NatWest, RBS and its most recent win Trader Media Group.

Cooper previously held senior positions at leading London PR agencies including Hill and Knowlton and most recently has been acting as a consultant to McCain frozen foods.

Based in Reading, Workman takes responsibility for all aspects of asset finance risk management, including ensuring the delivery of a fast and efficient sanctioning service, effective management of the loan portfolio and analysis of risk related management information. He has more than 14 years experience developed in the asset finance industry gained in risk management, collections, operations and sales. He joins Aldermore from Siemens Financial Services (previously Schroder Leasing) where he was head of risk UK and latterly head of operations UK/Nordic.
