Hire of our Premises

Epping Forest College’s new campus provides a range of superb facilities for its students many of which are also available for hire. Situated close to both the M11 and M25 and a short walk from Debden tube station, the College offers easy access for meetings, training courses and classes and events of all kinds.

The College has general classrooms and specialist rooms of all sizes. These include computer rooms, a cookery room and dance studio. There are also meeting rooms of varying sizes. Retractable seating allows the theatre to be used as a large hall or an auditorium/performance space seating up to 260. The Street is an atrium in the heart of the building accessed directly from the entrance foyer and ideal for exhibitions or open events. The College also has a large refectory that provides another large open space directly accessible from the grounds and entrance.

As well as rooming, the College can also provide additional services from catering to AV equipment plus technicians to support your needs.

As well as numerous events staged by staff and students, a number of external organisations have already run very successful events within the campus and a range of clients use the College for meetings, training and practical exams.
