Circuit & Chancery Courts Propose E-Filing Rules Te Circuit Court and Chancery Court of the 30th Judicial District have proposed amendments to their local rules to allow

Comments are being solicited from attorneys and members of the public and are due by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, May 18.
