Tim has been in the estate agency industry since 1977 when he took his first job with Walter and Forknall in West Malling. In 1982 Tim, aged just 21 years, launched ‘Ferris and Williams’ on Penenden Heath which still remains as the site of the business today. 2002 saw Tim launch ‘Ferris and Co’ and open new premises at Bearsted Green. This coincided with the beginning of the lettings side of the business. Ferris and Co now successfully let in excess of 300 properties.


Tim, a local resident himself, is proud to be an active longstanding member of the Bearsted Round Table. This year he has been given the title of Presidency - a role which he considers to be a great honour.
