20 Jimsmith Lake


                promotes swimming and non-motorized boating, as well as tobogganing and ice-skating in the winter.


21 Kikomun Creek


    flush toilets, sani-station, playground and 2  the east, turn off Highway 3, 3 km west of


        access day-use area on Kootenay Lake.  3A or 19 km south of Crawford Bay on Highway         opportunity for camping along the south arm of Kootenay Lake.


23 Mount Fernie


            destination for mountain biking and fishing in nearby Elk River.


24 Moyie Lake


 adventure playground, hot showers, sani-station                  the only public access to the mountain waters of Moyie Lake and features 1,300 metres of developed beach.


25 Norbury Lake 


the Highway 3/93 junction at Elko. The park entrance is 8 km to the west. From the west, turn off Highway 3 at Jaffray, and the park is         recreational opportunities for families and visitors can view the painted turtles species. Do not disturb, abuse, or remove turtles.


22 Lockhart Beach


   the Moyie River in a quiet forest setting.


       18 km north from Highway 3 and 16 km south  Lake encompasses Peckham’s Lake, which is abundant in Rainbow trout.
