It feels like tuning into the very source of potential and creative intent. It can be a mix of private feelings, visions and expectations, but in my brightest moments, I explode with love and devotion.

I

just feel like loving everything, with a strong desire to source beauty and conscious awareness into everything: matter, people, cultures, our total collective "reality".

I like sculptures because they are useful, sturdy, and they get to stay put in a public space for a very long time. I like Big!

I like public, and I tune in on the details,

and it’s like a discovery of something already set in motion. I sense the shape of the project, the volume, and sometimes I even get a sense of the location, and I definitely get a sense of the client. Then, when that person calls me up, maybe a few months later, I "recognize" the vibe of that "idea" or creative intent, and I recognize that person’s feel and energy, and then I know "YES, we are ON!"

Something wonderful happens to me, when I am asked if I can do something ... and they are willing to invest realistically in the project! I get super inspired, and my mind effortlessly swoops through many layers of parameters, like practical stuff: materials, properties, budgeting; and sensual stuff: curves and lines, flow in the form, how will the finished project actually feel and sound; and energetic stuff: I am sourcing my client and the users’ higher potential, I’m vibing up the whole neighborhood or sourcing their business success.

I

get supercharged by the wish of that person or community. What’s the point in being a super powerful creative genie, if nobody´s rubbing your lamp!?
