Dianne Tracey quit her job and filed for unemployment benefits. NAFA, her employer, was a party during the entire administrative process. On a petition for review before the Circuit Court, the Circuit Court found NAFA was not an “aggrieved party” and dismissed NAFA for lack of standing. Te issue on appeal is whether an employer who was a party below can be dismissed for lack of standing from an administrative appeal of an unemployment decision.
