This is the largest town of the three and has two beautiful sandy bays, a good pedestrianised shopping centre and mall, lovely parks and gardens, sporting facilities, a wealth of visitor attractions and a vibrant nightlife with summer shows, theatre productions, musical concerts and fi ne dining.

The town has undergone some major changes in recent years and you can now fi nd quaint cobbled streets full of independent retailers sitting alongside a beautiful marina which offers a street café atmosphere with lots of contemporary cafés, bistros and restaurants offering a host of different food choices.

This is the family favourite - with its fi ve miles of sandy beach protected by Filey Brigg, a bird watchers haven, it is quietly unspoilt. But don’t let this fool you, there is a wide variety of shops, local entertainment and attractions in the town to help make your holiday one to remember.
