Hitachi Heating develops excellent products that

are respected for quality, reliability and environmental sustainability. Hitachi’s Yutaki heat pumps transform energy from air outside into heat, meaning every 1kW of electricity used to power the heat pump can provide up to 5kW of energy in a well insulated home. This

can reduce heating bills by up to 60% and cut CO2 emissions by 50%, compared to traditional boiler-led systems. The Yutaki range can be connected to underfloor

heating, convectors, radiators and domestic hot water tanks. Hitachi’s Yutaki-M single unit heat pumps have Microgeneration Certification Scheme approval and are available from only 800mm high. Meanwhile, Hitachi’s Yutaki-S is a split heat pump and consists of both an indoor and outdoor unit. With The Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) – along

electricity generating technologies such as wind and hydropower but not to the technologies generating heat. These will, however, soon qualify the Renewable Heat Incentive. There are many leading suppliers and manufacturers

in the renewable energy market place including Hitachi, Mitsubishi (Ecodan), and Dimplex.

with a VAT rate of 0% for new build and 5% in retro fit applications, Yutaki represent a great opportunity to update an existing heating system, or incorporate as part of a new installation.
