They achieve this at their regular Thursday meetingsand also through the many and varied events they hold throughout the year,including an annual Jazz Night at Hyde Hall, annual Fireworks display in the MemorialPark, Father Christmas touring Wickfordonhis sleigh, a Stroke awareness day,Public Speaking for schools and Young Musician of the year compe- titions,plus many morefund raising and commu- nity based enterprises. As this article was being written some of its members whereinKosovo, making it the 17th year that the club has taken aid overlandto refugees there. and all round the world, but probably not so well known is the WickfordInner Wheel Club. The members of this club arethe wives of
WickfordRotarians, and their club is also a world wide organisation, with 29 districts in Great Britain and Ireland. Its members aim to support the Rotary

Club wherever they can and also organise their own charity fund raising agenda. Their next event is its Christmas Fayre, which will be held in Rawreth Village Hall on Wednesday,November 23, from 11.30 am to 2.30 pm.
