Halloween! Oh how I love this Holiday! It is so much fun, pumpkin carving, pumpkin pie, costumes and of course, candy! I must say however that my favorite part of Halloween is the decorations. In this tutorial I will show you how to turn ordinary skulls into what I call Glam Skulls. They are glittered and ready for decorations, scrap boxes and anything else you can imagine. Follow the instructions to make these fabulous skulls


Materials Required:


Plastic or Ceramic Skulls available at dollar stores, fine glitter or microbeads in your favorite colors, glitter- ing glue, a plate or glitter funnel, spoon.
