Despite 30 per cent of homes in Italy sold to foreigners, British buyers have struggled to source mortgages there in recent years but a new euro-mortgage service just launched should help change that. The new service, by
Offshoreonline.org, has a minimum loan
requirement of €250,000 (£221K), and can be used for new property or fi nance restructuring. Fixed, variable and capped rate products are available, with deposits of just 20 per cent, loan terms from seven to 25 years and rates from 3.25 per cent. to ensuring this resort and all future developments are delivered to the highest standard, offering a world-class holiday experience as well as excellent returns for investors”. The next phase of development, the Dunas Beach Resort, will adjoin Tortuga Beach and is already 86 per cent sold, with entry level prices of €62,475 (£55K) and SIPP investments available.
