Crimefile LATEST crimes reported in the Hoole area • Lime Grove - Thieves stole a sat nav from an unlocked car. Two local males have been charged with this offence • Tomkinson Street - Vandals broke off a car wing mirror over weekend period. • Devon Road - Thieves broke into a car but left empty handed • Brook Lane - A local man received a street warning from local officers after being found in possession of cannabis. • Thirlmere Road - Thieves broke into a shed and stole a mountain bike.

Senior Residents Wanted - a team of volunteers to make, serve and wash up the tea for Senior Residents each week. We need several volunteers on a rota basis to make and serve a cup of tea for the group at about 3.30pm on Thursday afternoons. This
will enable the current team from Senior Residents to step down from that role and enjoy talking with their friends at tea-time. Please speak with the Rev John Kirkland if you are interested/can help.
There will be a confirmation service on
Sunday 8th May at St Michael’s Plas Newton at 6.30pm.
