From 7th June to 20th June, when the old-fashioned roses are in bloom the gardens are open seven days a week from 11am to 8pm

Built by Sir Walter Raleigh in 1594, the Castle displays glorious art, furniture and porcelain collections. In the cellars see Raleigh’s original kitchen and archaeological treasures. Explore the magnificent ‘Capability’ Brown landscape and gardens extending the 50-acre lake.
