With over 60 years of offering injury pre- vention programs in Canada, the Canadian Red Cross is committed to offering quality programs based on research and feedback from our cus- tomers. Red Cross Swim programs are easy to implement and incorporate learn to swim, strokes, fitness and water safe- ty for every level of camper. Additional resources are available for safety activi- ties around the water. Red Cross First Aid can be offered directly to your staff or as an in-house trainer. Courses will assist you to meet your WSIB requirements and keep your staff and campers safe. All First Aid courses include CPR and AED certification and we now have special- ized courses in Wilderness & Remote First Aid, Marine First Aid, Oxygen Administration, stand alone CPR and First Responder/EMR training. RespectED: Violence and Abuse Prevention program provides online and in-person training for camp staff and volunteers, help to keep campers safe. Prevention education on topics of bullying, child abuse and youth violence are available.
