Allianz Musical Insurance is the UK’s leading musical instrument insurer, offering specialist policies exclusively designed for musicians.
ALLIANZ MUSICAL INSURANCE PROVIDING A PLATFORM FOR THE NEXT GENERATION
At Allianz Musical Insurance we are avid supporters of musicians and believe it’s important to give upcoming acts an avenue to get the recognition they deserve.
As the largest musical insurer in the UK, our role is to make sure you’re onstage to do what you do best. But we’re not just about protecting your instruments if they are lost, stolen or broken; we’re also devoted to developing the UK’s musicians of the future.
We work closely with a number of musical organisations, who focus on improving the range of opportunities available to young people interested in music. These organisations include Musicians’ Union, the International Guitar Foundation and the Music for Youth’s National Festival.
When it comes to insuring your instruments we are specialists – we understand the music industry and your specific needs. Our PowerPlay policy is specifically designed to cover all forms of ‘powered’ instruments, from electric guitars to synthesizers and digital production tools, as well as drum kits, making it the perfect cover for individual musicians, bands or DJs.

RADIUS SYSTEM
A two person studio entity, Radius System consists of multi- instrumentalist Gregory Hoepffner and bassist Axel Dallou. The result of the duo’s experimental sonics and visuals is this blend of shimmering post-rock, vocals duelling each other over juddering tremolo effects and searing cymbal crashes. In fact it reminds us of one of our favourite UK bands, Vessels. Architects of Yesterday is their third album – and after the previously Garageland-covered side-projects Templ▲te and Painting By Numbers sees a sea change in their sound from their previous efforts. We mightily approve here at Garageland and wish to hear more from this arc- welding, melancholy duo.

THE COMPLETE SHORT STORIES
For a group of seven, TCSS are less loud than you’d think, though the amount of noise they’re weaving expertly around their elegant melodies is still extraordinary. Wails of feedback, electro-theremin and arcing piano arpeggios all coalesce in a way which never overwhelms but draws you into their churning kaleidoscope world. Their debut album Perfectly Still is out now and you can listen to it before purchasing on their Bandcamp address. With Kerry Adamson’s
sweet voice parading these colliding instruments and sounds through your head, there’s little else you’d want for while listening to them.
