Our conveniently located 7,000 square foot facility has plenty of parking and is completely above ground with HUGE windows to bring in tons of natural sunlight. The panoramic views allow early risers to enjoy the sunrise, and night owls to enjoy the sunset. Our Cardio Theatre features a 60” plasma TV and many pieces of cardio equipment have individual LCD televisions. The clean, beautiful locker rooms have individual bathrooms, infrared saunas with available towel service. Our trained staff will be available for a club and equipment orientation for all new members. Minimum age of 16 (Special consideration given to amateur athletes under 16 and clients serious about results regardless of age)

HOIST ROC-IT Circuit Training System is used by Navy Seals. Platinum Health and Fitness uses this system to simplify weight loss and toning. Plus 19 pieces of Hoist equipment and benches. Over 22,000 lbs of Hampton & TKO free weights with urethane grip free weights for comfort and sanitation.
