Greg DuVal As a chapter, we have been


fortunate in not having had any of our members involved in any accidents the last several years. We had two rides in October. One was a joint ride with Utah III to Antelope Island. Seven of their members met us in Layton where we rode the rest of the way out to the island together. Scott Meyer, Jerry and Kim Glasscock, David McClintock, John Whitaker, and I went from our chapter. It was a pretty nice day. We toured the museum there and learned more about Antelope Island’s history. Jerry showed up on his new bright yel- low Honda Goldwing. Congratu- lations on your new ride, Jerry.

CHRISTMAS AT RODIZIO


Our Christmas Party at Rodizio Grill in Salt Lake was well at- tended. Thanks to Tammy Berg for making the arrangements. The food was fantastic. For those who’ve been there you know what I’m talking about. The election results were revealed at the party. And your Board of Di- rectors for 2011 are:

2011 year. Since we are hosting the 2012 West Coast Convention, we will be involved in plenty of planning for that event. During the coming year we will be “test driving” some of the rides for 2012. Your Board of Directors will be meeting soon to start our planning for the year.

ence will be held in Boise, Idaho. There, we plan on advertising our conference for the following year. We hope that many of you will ride with us to Boise, and want those in attendance to see what we have to offer for the 2012 conference.

WINDING DOWN THE RIDING SEASON


newsletter will be an abbreviated one. We’ll d i s p e n s e with a few regular fea- tures and throw in a couple of others for now. Our riding sea- son is essen- tially over as we move into the winter months. Our annual Christmas Party on Friday, Dec. 10th at the Trolley Square Rodizio Grill was the only event of note, other than a few late rides that Greg mentioned in his article. A few of you haven’t been out for an event this entire year, and I had hoped we might see many of the no-shows at the Christmas party.
