The FPRA (the Federation of Private Residents Associations) are also attending and have offered anyone joining the FPRA as a result of the event will receive five free months of membership, so that instead of receiving 12 months they will receive 17 months membership. The coalition Government recently announced that they will not proceed with the service charge regulations under the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002, on page 13 read how Flat Living has challenged this decision.
