The Association of Residential Managing Agents’ (ARMA) 15th Annual Conference will be taking place on 4th November in central London and having sold out two months ago, it is clearly well established as the essential event in the leasehold property management calendar.

it aims to bring together all those involved with residential leasehold to inform, educate and address some of the vital issues that impact their field. In a sector that is growing in size and complexity yet which the government does not see the need to regulate nor implement key accounting rules to protect lessees’ money, it is important that the industry has a platform such as this to discuss best practice, address some of the challenges and forge the way forward.
