ILGA (International Lesbian and Gay Associa- tion) has created an innovative global interac- tive map showing LGBT specifi c information for every country around the world. The map high- lights some stark truths, such as the countries that still apply the death penalty to homosexu- als, but it also shows vividly the positive prog- ress being made across the planet to ensure LGBT people everywhere are treated with re- spect and appreciation for the contribution that they make to the world.
