This week’s Scholar/Athlete of the Week is North Buncombe High
School senior Caleb McHone. McHone is a two-sport athlete for the
BlackHawks. He currently is a member of the NBHS Wrestling team. He
is in the 160-pound class.
McHone, 17, is looking at attending either Limestone College or Tusculum
College in the fall. He hopes to wrestle in college and study history.
He is a first-time recipient of the award.
Bill Boughton of Edward Jones presented his award to him.
