F series sets new standards
Heller has extended its range of machine tools with the launch of the advanced new
F series – a range of machines that it claims, sets new standards in 5-axis machining.
The new series provides complete and simultaneous 5-axis machining and
has been designed with the flexibility needed to adapt to today’s ever changing
manufacturing requirements and to accommodate all production needs.
Two models are available: the FT machines are designed for convenient table
loading, whilst the FP machines are equipped with a pallet changer. Both types are
available with two different work area sizes (2000/4000). Customers can opt for three
different spindle designs on all models: power cutting universal spindle PCU 63 for
high performance cutting, speed cutting universal SCU 63, and the speed cutting tilt
unit SCT 63 with fork head.
