The FIA has teamed up with a specialist insurance broker, Henderson’s,

DISPUTE RESOLUTION SCHEME
The FIA has set up a mediation scheme to enable easy resolution of
disputes within the fire industry. Working closely with The ADR Centre in
London they have access to many different dispute resolvers in many
areas.
