butterflies, so a butterfly
theme accidentally emerged.
Everything about the wedding
was personal to us –
everything was done by friends
or we did it ourselves. The only
thing that was bought ‘as-is’
from a shop was my dress.
How long did it take you to
even managed to keep it as a surprise for organise the day?
me (easier said than done)! Phil was really
impressive and no-one worked out how We got engaged in October 08,

Not deliberately. We wanted a very bridesmaids' outfits, video and

great job and the church looked
beautiful.
Bouquets – Liz Ballinger. Friend of
my mums – she was fantastic and
did everything exactly as we
wanted it.
Cake – mum and me, but mainly
mum! She went on a chocolate
flower making course, and made
