FORT GREENWOOD
HAS COME OF AGE
Now in its second full year, big
changes have happened in Fort
Greenwood. Past visitors wouldn’t
recognize it! Protected within its
tall Fort walls, in a beautiful park-like
setting, are sixty-five privately owned
lots, situated amid spacious lawns
and a myriad of trees. Bordered on
the west by Boundary Creek we are
enveloped by the musical sounds of
clear, clean rushing water and the
songs of the many birds who make
their home among us. The air is
pristine. No mosquitoes, or any biting
bugs, dare to intrude.
Clustered on the south side of our
park are the community buildings.
Built to resemble a bygone era is
a fully equipped exercise room,
a laundry room, a shower and
restrooms. Joined by a boardwalk
are the dance hall and a cozy
