All of our properties are non-smoking.
Each home or villa is cleaned prior to check-in and after your departure. Additional cleaning is available upon request for an additional charge. We provide a “Starter Supply” of toilet paper, bath soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, facial tissue and garbage bags. All properties are supplied with bedding and towels. You’ll need to bring your own beach towels, beach chairs and hair dryers. U-hauls, Motor Homes, Motorcycles and/or commercial vehicles are prohibited in the Plantations and most resorts on Hilton Head Island. No watercraft trailers (boats, jet skis, etc) are allowed in the Plantations without prior arrangements for dry dock and/or boat slip. Each property has a washer and dryer as well as a fully equipped kitchen. All properties are equipped with Cable TV, DVD, Stereo, Central Air and Heat. Biking is a big Hilton Head pastime; you can rent bikes for the day or week and have them delivered to your property before you arrive. Most homes with private pools and/or spas can be heated for an additional charge. Please contact our office for more details. In your rental package, which is mailed and/or emailed to you 3 weeks prior to your arrival, we include information on rentals (cribs, bikes, beach chairs, etc) as well as how to order your groceries before you arrive, thus saving you precious vacation time to pursue other activities currently happening on the Island. Directions, keys or code and passes are also included in your EXPRESS CHECK-IN PACKAGE! Just go straight to your rental property at 4pm (no earlier) without having to wait in long check-in lines.
