Fully automated inline direct delivery packing system for everything from electronics to clothing

At Axiom GB we know a thing or two about automated handling solutions.

Our latest innovation is a completely automated order processing, bagging and sortation line for single orders, batches or waves.

The system easily deals with single or multiple products per order. Originally developed for the mobile phone/small electronics market, it is also ideal for clothing retailers, with major high street names already using the system.

Each product is quickly identified via automatic or manual scanning as it enters the line. Documentation is automatically inserted onto the line merging to marry up with the right product. Similarly, advice notes or invoices can be printed on the fly to be matched with the product.

Each order enters an inline bagging machine where the shipping label is automatically printed and applied before individual packages are sorted into their specific final carrier location.

Robust, reliable and simple to operate, it is guaranteed to improve your throughput process for single, batch or wave orders. It can deliver a tenfold increase in capacity along with a reduced footprint in the warehouse.
