Harrington stays loyal to Wilson news

T

hree-time Major champion Padraig Harrington has extended his commitment to play with Wilson Staff clubs worldwide, 18 years aſter first signing with the brand.

The 44-year-old Irishman, who won the Honda Classic on the PGA Tour

last year and tied sixth in the recent Hyundai Tournament of Champions in Hawaii, will be rejoined on the Wilson Golf staff by Marcel Siem from Germany and England’s Anthony Wall. These three players, who have spent a total of 32 years playing with Wilson Staff clubs, are part of a team that also includes American players Troy Merritt, Kevin Streelman and Brendan Steele. Harrington will continue to play with the Wilson Staff FG Tour irons. Also in his bag are FG Tour wedges, the latest hybrids and the Infinite South Side putter. “My association with Wilson Staff clubs is one of the longest and most

successful in the game and I’m delighted to see it continue,” said Harrington. “I can always rely on Wilson Staff clubs when I get into contention and the support I get out on the Tour is second to none.” Doug Wright, Wilson Golf’s global commercial director, said: “Padraig,

Marcel and Anthony are genuine brand ambassadors who contribute a great deal both on and off the course to the progress of the Wilson Staff equipment on offer to golfers of all abilities.”
