WTU 2010 TRANSFER SYSTEM I
ncreased efficiency on your assembly process and increased accuracy in the
handling of your products is what mk’s WTU 2010 transfer system offers. The new mk WTU 2010 transfer system provides a modular transfer system for any type of material flow or assembly automation process, enabling safe transfer of pallets via timing belt conveyor, chain conveyor or accumulating roller chain conveyor. The application shown here
demonstrates a WTU Transfer System incorporated into the customers automated assembly process. Several transfer levels are possible with safe stopping and separation and a maximum load of up to 150kg/m and 100kg per pallet. Due consideration will be given to the position of the product being transported to ensure smooth and fault-free transport. Within given system limitations pallets of variable dimensions can be realised ranging from 400 x 400mm to 800 x 1040mm with product-specific slots as an option. Pallets can be freely configured to meet special requirements; they can be delivered completely pre-assembled or for assembly on a do-it-yourself basis. Four drive versions are available for mk
transfer sections to suit the application. These are differentiated in head drive, center drive and indirectly or directly driven versions. The speed can be variably adjusted using frequency convertors if so desired. Other drive versions are available upon request. mk will work alongside the customer to establish a bespoke solution which will
