A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contact Centre Manager to join a growing specialist tour operator in central Manchester. The successful candidate will have solid experience of managing the overall activities of a busy travel sales team and have a passion for delivering fi ve star service. Responsible for the day to day operation, setting and managing targets and performance, mentoring and developing team members and ensuring complete alignment between departments. Continually improving the effectiveness of the team, the role will also be responsible for issue management, human resources, improving business processes and will be the centre point for communicating business needs through effective reporting and business processes.


WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN: Lead the team with drive, energy and urgency Effectively manage the performance of individuals within the team Provide sales training and constant support to the reservation team Focus on improving conversions to the maximum of industry standards Assist with the response to emergency situations Build and manage outbound calling strategies Build Processes to capture and improve CRM process

PARTNERSHIP MANAGER LOCATION FLEXIBLE Attractive salary plus benefi ts


A great opportunity for a Partnership Manager to join a growing specialist tour operator in central Manchester. The role will be responsible for developing and building relationships with key partners to drive additional sales for the operator’s key products. Partners will include national and regional newspapers, travel agents, tour operators and specialist online agents. Working closely with the Marketing Managers of each brand and the Commercial Manager, the role will involve co-ordinating reader offers, exclusive/individual tours and groups.


WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN:


Manage the current relationship with key publications and national media titles


Create exclusive partner promotions to drive sales Process promotions in line with individual partner policies Project manage a new API system to allow automated uploading Develop and manage group bookings with key travel trade partners Produce regular reports on each activity Review and refi ne internal procedures for working
