The Best of the Best is a unique and unforgettable experience that will include an evening of live music, private viewings of ECG’s original masterpieces, and a chance to interact and meet each Master Artist in an intimate setting. America’s Most Romantic restaurants in San Diego, multiple celebrities, world figures, residents, and visitors have made it a tradition to come to The Marine Room to enjoy the spectacular seaside panorama and inspired cuisine, from fresh seafood to unique and inventive seasonal dishes. The combination has made it one of San Diego’s best restaurants and one of the region’s most iconic dining destinations, with waves of surf cascading off windows only a few inches away.

n May 7, Exclusive Collections Gallery will, once again, team up with The Marine Room for The

Room’s Executive Chef Bernard Guillas and Chef de Cuisine Ron Oliver, as well as wine pairings for these custom dishes by Marine Room’s Advanced Sommelier, Lisa Redwine.

To give you a little “taste” of the delectable offerings, last year’s special menu consisted of spoon starters of Goat Cheese Puff Ginger with Tomato Jame and Anise Vincotto, main courses of Scallops on Giant Clam and Wattleseed Hazelnut Crusted Elk Loin with Boniato Tien, and of course a dessert of Chocolate Gel over Salted Caramel Pot de Crème.

Saving the best for last, and not to be outdone, we will be presenting the original masterpieces of five Exclusive Collections Gallery’s Master Artists—Henry Asencio, Michael Flohr, Michael Summers, Royo and Paul B. Lotz. All but one of these artists will be on hand to describe what inspires them, the theme of their collections, and to personally answer any of your questions.
