The M&A Today Awards 2014 has recognised a select number of leading firms working in an advisory capacity within the corporate finance transactions services sector from a poll of its readership.

This type of business can be highly attractive to investors and lenders because of the high barriers to market entry that can help to protect volumes of trade and aid recurring revenues from repeat customers to which an investment or lending model may be favourably disposed, subject to confirmatory due diligence.
CSA’s specialist approach to due diligence is differentiated by being process driven. No more so than because we are very often asked to look at a highly diverse range of business types and industry sectors. In the last 12 months, CSA has engaged with clients across: spent nuclear fuel, nanotechnology and medical diagnostics in addition to oilfield services, aircraft electronics and business software.
