ROBYN BABINO joined Arbella in 2006 as a Personal Lines Operations assistant and was promoted to Personal Lines underwriting associate in February 2014. In her new role, Robyn’s responsibilities include evaluating personal lines Home, Auto, Dwelling Fire, and Umbrella policies and monitoring the retention of assigned agents’ book of business.


NICK PABST joined Arbella in 2010 as a customer service representative and was also promoted to Personal Lines underwriting associate in February 2014. Nick’s responsibilities include evaluating personal auto, property, and liability risks.


ALENA BARTALEVICH joined Arbella in April 2014 as a Personal Lines business analyst. Her responsibilities include testing Personal Lines applications changes, analyzing business processes, and researching competitors’ rates, products, and guidelines. Alena graduated from UMass Amherst in May 2013 with a dual degree in business administration and resource economics.


MIKE SLAFSKY joined Arbella in 2012 as a claim service specialist and was promoted to Personal Lines associate business analyst in June 2012. Mike researches and analyzes regulatory and industry changes, assists in state filings to the Division of Insurance, and modifies forms and guidelines as necessary. Mike received his Bachelor of Science in business administration from Bryant University in 2012.


TOM PONTE joined Arbella in 2012 as a claim adjuster and was promoted to Personal Lines underwriting technician in July 2014. Tom works with a team to process and screen Personal Lines new business, process renewals, amendments, and cancellations, and helps underwriters and agents access the breadth of Arbella’s Personal Lines products.


CAITLIN MURPHY joined Arbella in 2014 as a Personal Lines underwriting technician. Her responsibilities include aiding in the process of screening and processing Personal Lines new business and renewals, adhering to the organization’s underwriting guidelines, and communicating effectively with our valued independent agents.


NIKKI WALTER joined Arbella in 2013 as service desk analyst and was promoted to Personal Lines underwriting technician in 2014. Her responsibilities include aiding in the process of screening and processing new business and renewals within underwriting guidelines, and communicating effectively with our valued independent agents. Nikki is currently a business major at the New England College of Business and Finance.
