Carpartment Success Continues! Arbella’s independent agents wrote 6,107 Carpartment policies since January 2013—thank you! Of these, 88% included the auto and were eligible for Arbella’s Auto Rewards endorsement and a 22% account credit on their renters policy. Additional features include: a 5% Auto Rewards loyalty credit; no installment fees on HO-4 policies; and our Renters Protection Package, which conveniently bundles three endorsements to provide extra coverage protection for Coverage C limits of $50,000 or less.
Easier Eligibility and New Discounts on Condo! Arbella’s First Time Condo Credit is now called New Condo Policy Credit and applies to any owner-occupied condo policy (HO-6) that is new to Arbella. More of your customers will save 7% on new business and 3.5% on the first renewal.
Save Even More with Arbella Advantage The Arbella Advantage discount applies to any customer who is new to Arbella, saving insureds 7% on new business and 3.5% on the first renewal. Use it for new customers or to win back those who have left Arbella.
Coming Soon—Effective January 2015 Arbella’s Auto Rewards endorsement will increase from 22% to 25% on HO-3, 4, and 6 policies.
The Loss Assessment Deductible coverage limit will increase from $2,500 to $5,000 at no additional cost to ease the burden of larger assessments from the HO-6 Condo master policy.
Homeowner, Renter, and Condo policies will experience an overall 2.6% increase. Account business will see an increase of only 2.1% for HO-3, while account HO-4 will decrease by 1.8% and account HO-6 will decrease by 3.8%.
In partnership with IDT911, Arbella will now offer identity theft management and fraud education services to your customers, at absolutely no charge! This endorsement is automatically included on HO-3, 4, and 6 policies that have identity theft coverage.
