Go Direct clients include Pure Collection, Cox & Cox, Wrap, French Connection and Thompson & Morgan, among others.
The Data Agency appointed to manage UK data rental business by Acxiom Acxiom has named The Data Agency as its sole reseller for data rentals to UK mailers and agencies. The Data Agency will take over the rental provision for Acxiom’s lifestyle products which include Behaviourbank, Infobase Lifestyle Census as well as Personicx segmentation data and Charity Prospect Pool.
GBGroup acquires Transactis for £6 million GBGroup has completed its acquisition of the entire share capital of CDMS Limited from the Shop Direct Group for £6 million. Transactis’ data assets will help GBGroup to strengthen its offering to its clients as well as provide it with a strong customer base. A number of Transactis team members have been offered redundancy but it is understood that offices in Richmond and Liverpool will be retained. Shop Direct will continue as a client of Transactis.
